This role involves identifying training needs, coordinating and delivering training programs, evaluating training effectiveness, managing learning management systems (LMS), and supporting career development initiatives. The L&D Senior Executive works closely with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning and ensure training programs align with the organization's business objectives.
