Coordinate import and export shipment activities, including customs clearance, permit applications, and shipping documentation.
Monitor and analyze import/export activities to ensure full compliance with customs regulations and company requirements, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Prepare and submit monthly customs-related reports, including LMW reports, subcontractor reports, and other regulatory documentation.
Manage yearly renewal processes for Direct User permits, LMW licenses, and subcontractor approvals.
Collaborate closely with internal departments and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company policies, and all applicable import/export laws and regulations.
Coordinate waste management activities, including general waste and scheduled waste handling, in accordance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in import/export, customs compliance, logistics, or a related field.
Knowledge of customs regulations, LMW procedures, shipping documentation, and permit renewal processes will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance requirements is preferred.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and related reporting systems.
