Talent management and development are the cornerstone of our operations. We are continuously scouting for the right talents to fill up the roles as Manager, Credit Evaluation.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and ensuring credit proposals submitted have adequately covered pertinent credit scope/parameter, guidelines and policies.
- Conducting independent assessment on the credit proposals submitted for informed decisions by the approving authority.
- To ensure key credit issues have been highlighted and addressed/mitigated, wherever possible so that quality of financing are not compromised.
- To propose appropriate and practical mitigations and recommendations based on the key credit issues highlighted.
- To ensure right supervision, guidance or feedbacks are given to Relationship Managers/Business Units/relevant parties.
- Ensuring the service standards in internal turnaround time (TAT) are met.
- Providing valuable inputs to strengthen the credit risk management functions of the Bank as well as ring fence financing portfolio from any downside risks.
- Supporting the Bank's aspirations in achieving a healthy financing portfolio, while providing income sustainability moving forward.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related fields.
- 5 - 10 years of working experience in Credit Evaluation.
- Possess credit certifications i.e CCP/CCE, RCP or BCP or any other related qualification is an added advantage.
