Job Purpose
To support the Media Strategy & Performance Manager in executing data-driven media strategies across digital and offline channels to drive lead generation, sales conversion, and marketing ROI.
The role is responsible for managing day-to-day campaign planning, agency coordination, performance tracking, and optimisation to ensure operational excellence and achievement of project KPIs. The Senior Executive will also assist in implementing new media technologies and CDP-driven activation strategies to enhance targeting precision and overall marketing effectiveness.
Accountabilities
Media Planning & Campaign Execution
- Support the line manager in developing and executing integrated media strategies across digital and offline channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, OOH, print).
- Review media proposals and escalate strategic matters when required.
- Manage end-to-end execution of assigned campaigns, ensuring alignment with target audience, sales funnel objectives, and KPIs.
Performance Monitoring & Optimisation
- Track and monitor campaign performance against KPIs (CPL, qualified leads, conversion rates, ROI).
- Analyse performance data and recommend optimisation strategies to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the operational liaison with media agencies and media owners to ensure quality planning and execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with objectives.
CDP & Martech Support
- Support activation of media campaigns using CDP segments and first-party data.
- Assist in tracking implementation, tagging, and data validation to ensure accurate measurement.
- Support initiatives involving new channels, tools, or advertising technologies.
Administration, Governance & Documentation
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders (PO), and payment requests for media campaigns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Liaise with Finance, Procurement, and external vendors to ensure timely invoice submission, verification, and payment processing.
- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of media plans, contracts, rate cards, and campaign-related documents in accordance with company governance and audit requirements.
Continuous Improvement & Other Duties
- Stay updated on media trends and platform developments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Undertake any other assignments as directed by Management.
Qualifications & Technical Competences
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in media planning, performance marketing, or digital advertising
- Hands-on experience managing and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, budget tracking, and performance visualisation.
- Ability to interpret and translate data from analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), platform insights dashboards, and Customer Data Platform (CDP) systems into actionable optimisation strategies.
- Solid experience working with CRM and lead management systems.
- Strong understanding of tracking implementation, including Google Analytics event tracking, Google Ads conversion tags, Meta Pixel, and other platform tracking frameworks to ensure accurate performance measurement.
- Experience setting up custom conversions, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies across platforms is an added advantage.
- Experience in property development or high-value lead generation industries is an advantage.
