Job Description

Job Summary

  • Plan and execute the development, implementation, enhancement, and operationalization of the organization's career management frameworks, including career pathways, competency frameworks, and individual development planning (IDP), ensuring alignment with workforce strategy and talent development priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute and maintain the organization's career framework by ensuring accurate mapping of roles to job families, career tracks, and progression pathways in alignment with approved structures.
  • Administer and sustain structured career pathways (e.g., MEP and NEP) by ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility of progression routes for employees across all levels.
  • Support the implementation of career development strategies and initiatives in alignment with approved frameworks and organizational talent priorities.
  • Drive the implementation and quality of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) by facilitating development cycles and ensuring plans are actionable and aligned to competency gaps.
  • Ensure alignment between career pathways and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to support structured employee growth and readiness for progression.
  • Provide advisory support to line managers and employees on career pathways, competency expectations, and development planning within established policies and frameworks.
  • Maintain and manage career management data and reporting by ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of dashboards related to mobility, IDPs, and talent readiness.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of career management initiatives by leveraging talent assessment outcomes, analyzing data trends, identifying implementation gaps, and benchmarking against relevant industry practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure governance compliance by recommending enhancements, standardizing practices, and collaborating with cross-functional HR teams to align career management across the talent lifecycle.

  • Qualification & Work Experience:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration or other relevant qualification. with minimum of CGPA 3.00
  • Minimum 5 years experience involving government relations, inter-agency affairs and management of information/data.
