Overview: To meet individual sales targets set for the Financial Year in line with the Bank's business direction.
Responsibilities:
Functional
- Aggressively source and book new loans for the Bank.
- Responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum standard of performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with property developers, real estate agents, lawyers and valuers.
- Actively attend developer launches, road shows, property exhibitions when required;
- To actively promote Mortgage products and cross selling other banking products when required.
- Exhibit high professionalism and competency when selling.
- Ensure Bank's interest is protected at all times.
- Comply with Bank's policies, guidelines and regulations at all times.
- To maintain and uphold service standards set by the Bank at all times.
Organizational
- Adhering to department process and procedures in complying with audit, regulatory, and compliance;
- Respect the Hong Leong Bank culture & take an active role in the communities;
- Participate and display teamwork in all aspect of work, projects and assignments, Group Management Programs etc. at all times.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:
- Minimum recognized, SPM, Diploma Level or equivalent; Degree holder will be an added advantage;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Competency in Microsoft Words, Excel & Outlook;
- Obtain passed in Pre Contract Examination for Insurance Agent (General), PCEIA (Life), PCEIA (Unit Linked), Certificate Examination in Investment-Linked Life Insurance (CEILI), Computerized Unit Trust Examination (CUTE).
