YOUR ROLE AS A:

Oversee and responsible for both strategic and operational procurement activities, ensuring the alignment of sourcing initiatives with broader company goals. This role requires prompt response to sourcing needs, adept relationship management skills, great negotiation and supplier management skills, with a focus on optimizing cost, quality, and delivery performance. The Senior Procurement Executive will play a key role in supplier selection, contract negotiations, and continuous process improvements and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft or equivalent software.

WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:

  • Lead Strategic Sourcing Initiatives and Execute day-to-day sourcing activities in accordance with company and category direction.

  • Promptly respond to sourcing requests and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes.

  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and documentation.

  • Contract Negotiation and Management - Lead negotiations for contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions, and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with internal departments such as finance, operations, and legal to ensure procurement activities align with broader business strategies.

  • Continuous Improvement - Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and reduce lead times.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Graduated with a Bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles, with exposure to Strategic sourcing

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent software.

  • Great communication and negotiation skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Passionate about procurement and committed to driving continuous improvement.
