Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the key bridge between HQ and European buying teams
- Supporting European buyers in product proposal submissions and internal approvals
- Benchmarking new product proposals against existing company SKUs using internal data
- Reviewing pricing, assortment overlap, and commercial competitiveness before HQ approval
- Ensuring proposals align with HQ category strategies, pricing frameworks, and business
direction
- Coordinating with HQ teams including data analytics, purchasing administration, and operations
- Supporting SKU creation, purchase order coordination, and internal documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 1 year experience as a Merchandiser / Buyer / Category Buyer
- Good command of English (spoken and written) is essential; additional European language skills will be an added advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in modern retail or retail chains
