Key Responsibilities:
-Review:
- New SKU orders
- Campaign and promotional purchase orders
-Evaluate order volumes based on:
- Past SKU sales performance
- Inventory aging risks
- Goods-needed limits
- Seasonal pacing
-Recommend:
- Reduced or phased order volumes
- Delayed or cancelled orders when risk is high
-Discuss recommendations directly with purchasing teams.
-Track:
- Early SKU performance
- Slow-moving stock risks
- Category aging trends
-Monitor:
- Supplier delivery reliability (On-time purchase order fulfilment)
-Guide and support PRI Executives.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in procurement, inventory planning, supply chain, market/consumer research or performance reporting.
- Confident working with purchasers and advising on order decisions.
- Strong ability to understand and explain data.
- Organized and able to manage several reviews at once.
- Clear communication and good presentation skills.
