Senior Executive - Product Quality Control

Job Description:

• Supplier audit and prepare report to select supplier.
• Review and testing prototype sample to prevent any quality issue after launched.
• Review the user manual and service manual draft, work on preparing the guideline for technician to install and repair the product.
• Establish AS code for technician to key in during AS and provide guideline on how to key in.
• 1st Lot Inspection in Factory to ensure meeting the specification.
• Establish Incoming Quality Check List for new product.
• Warranty contract discussion and drafting.
• AS Rate and AS Cost data analysis for in charged product.
• Analyze the defective part and arrange return to factory.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of Improvement and tracking.
• Supplier Audit annually and support certification audit.
• Investigate and follow up compensation request from customer.
• Track and follow up warranty claim with supplier.
• Managing engineering change of product.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or any equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control.
• Possess skill in Tableau, Excel, QMS and data analysis.
