Your Role in Brief
We're looking for an experienced individual to coordinate and execute all aspects of project management lifecycle from start to finish to ensure quality and timely completion of the assigned projects/developments.
Your Key Accountabilities
- Execute project management activities, and monitor progress of assigned projects throughout the entire project lifecycle to achieve effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety and health management
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders involved in the projects i.e. consultants, contractors, government officials, etc.
- Liaise with Authority to obtain the necessary works approval
- Coordinate with consultant to resolve all technical issue
- Maintain proper records of the assigned projects including permits, contracts, inspections, drawings, etc.
- Implement, execute and ensure all activities, instructions, policies, procedures, processes, etc are compliance to relevant statutory requirements at all times, including QESHMS in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, International Standards, local regulations, code of practices, and legal requirements
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors and consultants on progression of work to ensure assigned projects achieve effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety and health management
- Take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health
- Determine risks, opportunities and plan actions and ensure they are implemented
To be successful in this role, you are likely to possess:
Qualification
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Science, Project Management or equivalent
Experience
- At least 4 to 6 years of experience in project/construction management, with property developer, and/or consultancy firm
- Strong understanding of entire real estate project management lifecycle from acquisition to project completion
Technical Skills
- Possess knowledge and/or familiar with QESHMS
- Familiar with MS Office and project management tools/software
- Proficient in English and Malay
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn and proactive
