Job Responsibilities :
• Lead and deliver end-to-end engineering and design projects involving mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, and refinery process systems.
• Prepare conceptual, preliminary, GA, detailed, construction, assembly drawings, and 3D models.
• Develop technical specifications, design calculations, Scope of Work (SOW), BOM, BQ, material selection, and related engineering documents.
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical and design issues.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and control project activities to ensure timely delivery within budget, quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Supervise site execution, provide technical support, and participate in startup and commissioning activities when required.
• Mentor junior engineers/executives and provide technical guidance.
• Undertake other duties and special projects assigned by Management.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other Engineering/Science disciplines with relevant project experience.
• Minimum 4–5 years experience in engineering design, project management, and project execution within a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of engineering drafting, technical drawing, design calculations, and project management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and MS Office. Knowledge of Revit and Autodesk Inventor is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Preferred Certifications
• Project Management Certification
• AutoCAD Certification
• Revit, Inventor, or other 3D CAD-related certifications (advantage)
