We are seeking for a Quantity Surveying professional to join our Supply Chain & Contract Management (SCCM) team. Get involved in supporting tender management, controlling project costs, and ensuring contract compliance while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
Your Key Accountabilities
- Support Tender Management: Assist in tracking tender schedules closely to ensure targets and deadlines are met, while helping to secure competitive bids and timely awards.
- Maintain Cost Control: Monitor project costs diligently, working to minimize Variation Orders (VO) and Extensions of Time (EoT), while keeping budgets on track from start to finish.
- Ensure Accurate Contract Handling: Assist in managing contracts and supplier certifications, ensuring final accounts are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate Team Efforts: Work alongside consultants, contractors, and suppliers to support project delivery that meets time, cost, and quality requirements.
- Uphold Compliance & Safety: Ensure projects adhere to statutory requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations, actively contributing to a safe and compliant work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying & Building Technology or anything equivalent.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, particularly in consultancy firms or property development. Experience in high-rise residential projects are added advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills with stakeholder management, resilience under pressure, and continuous learning mindset.
