Talent management and development are the cornerstone of our operations. We are continuously scouting for the right talents to fill up the roles as Relationship Management Senior Executive/Manager at our Northern Regional Centre (Seberang Jaya).
Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new, managing and maintaining good quality portfolio.
- Perform marketing and credit evaluation for the network/business units.
- Recommend suitable Bank's products that fit customers business needs.
- Provide end-to-end customer relationship management
- Execute task in account management and coordinate specific interventions.
- Plan and execute collection and post disbursement activities.
- Prepare request for changes to terms at financing (pre and post disbursement)
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in relevant fields.
- Possession of a professional certificate in credit would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in SME or Commercial banking.
- Experienced in writing or drafting financing papers/credit proposals.
- Ability to structure financial solutions and packaging to SME.
- Ability to analyse and understand financial statement and data.
