Job Description

  1. To conduct research on new product development and product improvement to lower production costs and maintain products of the highest quality that meet customers standards and requirements.
  2. To ensure incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products meet the customers standards and requirements.
  3. To ensure compliance of HACCP, GMP & ISO requirements to meet the quality expectations of customers.
  4. To continuously review and monitor the operating processes and results in order to find continuous improvements in procedures, methods, effectiveness and resource utilization.
  5. To ensure production yield and productivity (efficiency) are within set targets with minimum production costs and timely corrective actions are taken as and when necessary.
  6. To ensure product quality though on the job training, guidance and good housekeeping.
  7. To provide timely and accurate product analysis report as requested by management.
  8. Responsible to troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to products functionality arising from production.
  9. To lead and motivate subordinates to enable them to work together effectively and productively.
  10. Other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Food Technology / Food Science, Culinary Arts or related discipline
  2. Preferably candidate with R&D experience in food manufacturing environment. Fresh graduate who have similar internship experience would be considered
