Job Description

  • Support the Manager and HOD in strengthening the Group's risk management framework, governance, and reporting practices.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Group and subsidiary risk profiles to support informed decision-making.
  • Facilitate identification, assessment, and monitoring of operational and project risks across the Group.
  • Provide risk analysis and reporting for ad hoc matters, special projects, and emerging risk events.
  • Prepare the Group Key Risk Profile Report on a quarterly basis using both Top-Down and Bottom-Up approaches.
  • Maintain and update risk registers, including clean-up activities on the Diligent One platform.
  • Conduct Project Risk Assessments, including development and review of risk registers, risk profiles, project charters, and Board papers relating to risk matters.
  • Prepare and maintain Key Risk Profile reports for subsidiaries (PT Duopharma Healthcare Indonesia, DB Philippines Inc., and Duopharma (Singapore) Pte Ltd), ensuring alignment with Group risk standards.
  • Support climate-related and emerging risk management initiatives, including risk identification, assessment, analysis, and reporting.
  • Assist the Manager and HOD in KRI development and monitoring, risk appetite oversight, and financial risk matters.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Finance / Financial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or equivalent.

Experience

  • 5 years of experience in risk management role.
  • Experience in conducting Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA).
  • Experience in consulting risk owners / stakeholders across the Group.

Specialized Skills / Knowledge

  • Understanding of Risk Management principles, guidelines, frameworks, and processes.
  • Familiarity with ISO 31000, MCCG, COSO, and 3-Line of Defense model.
  • Data analysis using Microsoft Excel functions.
  • Report preparation using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Technical Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Risk Management System Software.
  • Knowledge of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA).

Behavioral Competencies

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
  • Cross-department stakeholder engagement capability.
  • Strategic mindset with risk insights.
  • Professional judgment and decision support.
  • Ability to solve problems under uncertainty.
  • Engineering background with risk-related coursework is an added advantage.
