Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing all sales and credit administration functions per the terms and conditions of the Sale Purchase Agreement and Standard Operating Procedure of the company to achieve high operational work efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in monitoring all sales and credit administration processes, including proper legal documentation.
- Assist in monitoring that all data types in the system (E-ProDev) are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Responsible for all payments due in the ageing report being collected promptly.
- Attending to the reconciliation matter or discrepancies the Finance Department raises promptly.
- Responsible for the proper record keeping of all sales and credit administration-related reports are prepared accurately and promptly.
- Assist in preparing the reports for Management information and decision-making.
- Assist in managing the sales and credit admin expenditure, ensuring that all activities are within defined budgets.
- Provide performance mentoring, coaching, and mentoring of direct reports.
- Performs any other duties as directed by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounts or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of working experience, preferably in property development or the construction industry.
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English is required).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work for maximum delivery results.
- High level of integrity, initiative and results-oriented.
- High confidentiality in handling clients data.
