Job Description

Identify Business Opportunities:

Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.

Build Relationships:

Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.

Develop Sales Strategies:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth.

Generate Leads:

Proactively seek new business leads and follow up on existing leads to convert them into sales.

Conduct Market Research:

Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Negotiate Contracts:

Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Achieve Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company, ensuring consistent business growth.

Prepare Proposals and Presentations:

Create and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.

Collaborate with Teams:

Work closely with product development and other internal teams to ensure a unified approach to business development and client satisfaction.

Report and Analyze Sales Performance:

Regularly report on sales performance, including analysis of sales data and identification of areas for improvement.

Maintain Industry Knowledge:

Stay updated with industry trends, developments, and best practices to remain competitive and provide relevant solutions to clients.

Client Retention:

Retain and grow existing client accounts, ensuring long-term business relationships.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology
  • Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience in Software Technology Industry, SaaS sales or Marketing, SaaS Software Solutions
  • Good communication skills in English, Malay, Chinese language for both spoken and written
