Job Accountabilities
- Sales Planning Analysis - Monitor the agent actual vs. target performance and assist in developing tailored sales plans for management review
- Sales Commission - Calculate and validate agent commissions to ensure timely and accurate payout. Handle commission-related enquiries and liaise with finance and sales teams
- Incentive Trip Arrangement - Assist to coordinate sales incentive trips with budget allocation & work with travel vendors to ensure smooth execution & post-trip reporting
- Sales Incentive Planning – Assist to design monthly/quarterly/yearly incentive schemes to align incentive plan with our business goal by not exceeding the commission per unit (CPU) budget. To monitor the mechanism with their overall performance and costing with communication with sales organization/dealer
- Market Analysis - Conduct market and competitive analysis to gather insights that inform the development of launch plans and remuneration strategies aimed at maximizing product performance and driving sales.
- Channel Strategy & Innovation – Support the conceptualisation and strategic re-evaluation of potential sales channels to drive growth and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Sales Operations Support - Assist the Team Leader, Sales in ensuring that all sales-related matters—such as operations, products, communications, promotions, and initiatives—are executed efficiently and on time.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent qualification
- Certification (if any): Certifications in sales, business, or related areas are an added advantage

Working Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales planning, business development, or channel/agent management, preferably within a fast-paced or target-driven environment.
- Proven track record in supporting sales operations, program execution, and driving performance improvements.
- Experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g. agents, partners).
- Prior involvement in market analysis, sales enhancement strategies, or incentive planning is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and performance tracking.
Knowledge/ Exposure
Basic understanding of sales planning, agent management, market analysis, and sales operations support, with exposure to program development and performance tracking.
