Do you thrive in the fast-paced world of digital media, and enjoy using social platforms to engage audiences and elevate thought leadership The QI Group's Executive Chairman's Office is seeking a dynamic Senior Social Media Executive to lead the creation, execution, and monitoring of the digital presence across key platforms.

In this exciting role, you'll play a vital part in managing and amplifying the voice of the Executive Chairman, aligning digital storytelling with the Group's mission and global footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Content Development

  • Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for the official platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, Tik-Tok, YouTube).
  • Develop high-quality, brand-aligned content including posts, captions, visuals, and short-form videos that reflect the voice, values, and engagements.
  • Ensure content supports thought leadership positioning and key messages from the speeches, meetings, and public appearances.

Digital Engagement & Analytics

  • Manage day-to-day publishing and audience engagement across all social platforms.
  • Track content performance using analytics tools; optimize posting strategies based on audience insights and platform algorithms.
  • Monitor social media trends and conversations relevant to the interests and Group's initiatives.

Coordination & Asset Management

  • Liaise with the internal and external parties to capture key moments during events, meetings, and travel.
  • Maintain a digital archive of media assets and past posts for reference and reporting.

Content Sourcing & Storytelling

  • Source relevant stories, articles, and updates from across the QI Group and other subsidiaries to feature on the Chairman's social platforms.
  • Collaborate with podcast and video teams to repurpose multimedia content into social-ready formats.

Brand Consistency & Reputation Management

  • Ensure tone, messaging, and visual identity are consistent with the personal branding and the QI Group's values.
  • Support in drafting responses or statements if needed, in alignment with the broader corporate communications strategy.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Min: 2-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or corporate communications.
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific content best practices (especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Experience using scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite. Etc.).
  • Familiarity with high-level executive communication or working with senior leadership is a strong advantage.
  • Able to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and operate with discretion.
