Own sourcing cases end-to-end—from strategy design to supplier selection and contract negotiation
Shape category strategies by segmenting spend, assessing risks, and aligning to business priorities
Drive Request for Information (RFI), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), and specialised procurement processes with clear evaluation frameworks
Lead commercial evaluations, build pricing models, and recommend decisions to senior stakeholders
Manage Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) flows to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely approvals
Drive continuous improvement in sourcing methods, evaluation criteria, and decision frameworks
