The Senior Executive – Strategic Partnerships & Planning plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives and building impactful partnerships that support business growth. This position requires a proactive and analytical professional with strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, proven experience in partnership development, and the ability to craft and deliver high-quality strategic proposals and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships & Development
- Develop, manage, and strengthen strategic partnerships to support the company's business growth and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of partnership strategies.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to review partnership agreements and manage risk assessments.
Strategic Planning & Analysis
- Lead the creation and execution of strategic plans and proposals aligned with company goals.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Prepare and deliver impactful business presentations, proposals, and reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent communication and coordination across departments to support business alignment.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in business studies, Administration, marketing or a related field
- 4-6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in sales, marketing, business development or related discipline.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
