About The Job
The Senior Executive, Supply Chain plays a critical role in ensuring operational and fulfillment success across all of RPG's portfolio of multi-million dollar D2C brands. You will be an integral member in our Supply Chain team, responsible for optimizing fulfillment levels and ensuring sufficient supply to end consumers worldwide. Qualified candidates are independent self-starters who work well with ambiguity, like building processes and are obsessed with details.
What you'll do:
1. Fulfillment Operations:
- Manage end-to-end order fulfillment across retail stores, e-commerce, marketplaces, distributors, and B2B channels, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Oversee daily fulfillment and warehouse operations in collaboration with 3PL partners to achieve operational and service level targets.
- Coordinate closely with warehouses, courier partners, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless inbound, outbound, and last-mile operations.
- Monitor last-mile delivery performance, proactively resolve delivery exceptions, and manage customer or operational escalations.
2. Warehouse Management:
- Ensure inventory accuracy by monitoring stock movements, investigating inventory discrepancies, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and inventory audits with warehouse partners to maintain inventory integrity.
- Support inventory replenishment and stock transfers across warehouses and retail stores to ensure healthy stock availability.
3. Business Partnering & Operational Excellence:
- Track and analyse operational KPIs such as order fulfillment rate, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, logistics cost, and warehouse productivity, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
- Partner with Commercial, Retail, Customer Experience, Finance, and Warehouse teams to support new product launches, promotional campaigns, and business initiatives.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
- Ensure logistics documentation and operational processes comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
What You Need To Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in supply chain operations, fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, or last-mile delivery.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics processes.
- Experience managing 3PL warehouses, courier partners, and logistics service providers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive operational improvements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP, WMS, OMS, or other supply chain systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
