The Role

This isn't your typical recruitment job.

As a Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition, you'll be at the front line of shaping our workforce partnering with leaders, spotting high-potential talent, and creating hiring experiences that people actually remember.

We're looking for someone who brings energy, creativity, and strong communication skills to the table someone who doesn't just post jobs, but hunts, engages, and sells opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand real business needs (not just job descriptions)
  • Proactively source and engage talent through creative channels — not just job portals
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Craft compelling job ads and outreach messages that attract the right people
  • Deliver a great candidate experience fast, clear, and human
  • Manage interviews, feedback, offers, and negotiations
  • Track hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment strategies
  • Be a brand ambassador- every candidate interaction matters

  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
