Overview

We are seeking a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Executive / Senior Executive to join our growing HR team. This role goes beyond conventional recruitment you will play a pivotal part in identifying top talent across Malaysia, the United States, the United Kingdom, EMEA, and Southeast Asia.

This position offers the opportunity to gain global exposure, collaborating with teams and candidates from multiple regions while being based in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, for both local and international positions.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre professionals across diverse industries and geographies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define job requirements, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns, including digital presence and career events.
  • Coordinate pre-employment documentation, offer management, onboarding logistics, and induction sessions.
  • Manage offboarding processes, clearance procedures, and documentation.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, sourcing effectiveness).
  • Collaborate with regional teams to support hiring activities across US, UK, EMEA, and SEA markets.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement, and talent development where relevant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; experience in regional or international hiring is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, etc.) and ATS systems.
  • High adaptability and curiosity towards global business trends and talent landscapes.
  • Strong command of English; additional language skills are an asset.
