JOB ROLE
The Executive/Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, identify, and hire top talent aligned with the organization's growth objectives. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless candidate experience, building strong talent pipelines, and supporting employer branding initiatives.
The incumbent is expected to be proactive, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative in partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet workforce needs effectively.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring timelines.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
- Drafting and posting job advertisements across job portals, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments or phone interviews.
- Coordinating and arranging interviews between candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Support offer management processes including preparation of offer letters and pre-employment documentation.
- Facilitate onboarding arrangements to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Talent Pipeline & Reporting:
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, trackers, and candidate databases.
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline status, hiring progress) for analysis and continuous improvement.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Support initiatives to strengthen employer branding and enhance the organization's image as an employer of choice.
- Ensure all candidate touchpoints reflect the company's values, professionalism, and culture.
- Assist in recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and hiring events where required.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure hiring needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Provide updates and insights to Hiring Managers on hiring progress, market trends, and candidate availability.
HR & Administrative Support:
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Support HR-related administrative tasks as required, including onboarding documentation and employee records.
- Participate in HR projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and process enhancements.
Others:
- Assist in company events, recruitment drives, or external engagements (e.g., career fairs, trade shows).
- Maintain strict confidentiality of candidate and company information.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or management from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certifications or recruitment-related training will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, preferably with exposure to end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview coordination.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with good administrative and reporting capabilities.
- Proactive, resourceful, and a team player with a passion for people and talent development.
COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the travel industry and destinations, including popular attractions, accommodations, transportation options, and travel trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively, actively listen to their needs, and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, financial software, and ERP systems (e.g., Sabre, Powersuite, online booking platforms).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple customer inquiries and travel bookings simultaneously.
- Passionate about learning and possessing a growth mindset, demonstrating positivity and proactiveness.
