About your role

Reporting & Documentation: Requires meticulous reporting and documentation of all training activities and learner progress.

LMS Creation: Responsible for the creation and development of engaging and effective learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS)

LMS Support: Involves providing ongoing support to learners and instructors regarding the utilization and functionality of the Learning Management System (LMS)

Others: Ad-hoc assignment allocated by supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Consumer Finance, Auto Finance, Banking, Leasing, Fintech, or Credit Financing.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing business development, sales, or commercial functions.
• Strong understanding of Hire Purchase, Credit Term financing, credit risk management, collections, and dealer management.
• Experience working with automotive marketplaces, dealer ecosystems, or regional business operations is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth, portfolio expansion, and strategic partnerships.
