Role Overview
The Senior Executive, Transformation plays a critical role in driving PTP's transformation agenda by leading the LEAN Academy, spearheading organization-wide LEAN initiatives, and embedding a strong culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
This role is responsible for developing LEAN capabilities, implementing standardized operating systems and performance frameworks, supporting transformation governance and reporting, and driving effective change management and communication aligned with PTP's transformation roadmap.
Organizational Relationships
- Reports to: Manager / Head of Transformation / Strategy
- Direct Reports: N/A (Individual Contributor, may lead project teams)
- Key Internal Stakeholders: All Divisions (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, HSSE, Corporate Affairs, etc.)
- Senior Leadership Team
- Human Capital Management (HCM) – for capability development and training
- External Stakeholders: Training providers / consultants
- Industry partners / certification bodies (if applicable)
Primary Position Objective
To drive and sustain PTP's transformation initiatives by developing LEAN capabilities, executing structured continuous improvement programs, standardizing operating frameworks, and embedding a high-performance, data-driven, and improvement-focused culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
LEAN Academy Leadership
- Lead and manage the PTP LEAN Academy, including strategic planning and roadmap development.
- Design and develop LEAN training curriculum aligned with organizational priorities.
- Manage certification lifecycle (e.g., White Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt programs).
- Facilitate LEAN training sessions, workshops, and capability-building initiatives.
- Track and report training effectiveness and capability development metrics.
LEAN Initiatives & Continuous Improvement
- Plan, lead, and execute end-to-end LEAN initiatives, Kaizen events, and improvement campaigns.
- Identify strategic improvement opportunities across business functions.
- Ensure alignment of initiatives with PTP's transformation roadmap and business priorities.
- Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, productivity, cost optimization, and service delivery.
Operating System (OS) & Performance Frameworks
- Design, implement, and continuously enhance the PTP Operating System (OS).
- Establish and standardize SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) performance frameworks.
- Ensure adoption and sustainability of standardized processes across departments.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive accountability for operational excellence.
Transformation Governance & Reporting
- Support transformation planning, governance, and execution tracking.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to monitor transformation progress.
- Drive data-driven decision-making through insights and performance analytics.
- Support digitization initiatives using tools such as Microsoft Power Platform and data visualization platforms.
Change Management & Communication
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support transformation initiatives.
- Drive communication plans to promote awareness, engagement, and adoption.
- Showcase LEAN successes and best practices across the organization.
- Embed PTP's core values and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
- Master's Degree is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in LEAN, Continuous Improvement, or transformation-related roles.
- Proven experience in:
- Training delivery and facilitation
- Curriculum design and certification management
- Kaizen or improvement project execution
Technical Competencies
- Strong knowledge of LEAN methodologies and tools (e.g., Kaizen, VSM, 5S, Root Cause Analysis).
- Experience in transformation planning, governance, and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with data analytics and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI).
Certifications (Preferred)
- LEAN Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt)
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Trainer (TTT)
