We're looking for a Senior Experience Designer (UX & UI) to design meaningful, high-quality digital experiences for large enterprise brands. You'll tackle complex journeys end-to-end, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and help shape products where strong craft and clear thinking both matter.
You'll work across major clients and industries, including Malaysia Airlines, CIMB, DBS, UOB, Unifi, CelcomDigi, and more.
What We'd Love To See From You
Discover + Ideate
- Turn research, data, and stakeholder inputs into clear experience opportunities.
- Facilitate or co-facilitate ideation and concept sessions: explore options fast, then land on a direction with confidence.
- Bring relevant trends and best practices into the work (across channels and industries), without chasing hype.
- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility, while keeping the quality bar high.
Design + Systemise
- Contribute to end-to-end UX/UI deliverables: personas, journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI (mainly in Figma).
- Translate ideas into clean, usable interfaces with strong interaction design and visual craft.
- Help evolve design systems / design languages: components, patterns, tokens, and documentation to ensure consistency at scale.
- Work efficiently: reuse smartly, reduce rework, keep files clean, and use modern tooling to move faster without compromising quality.
Validate + Deliver
- Test early and iterate oftenuse usability testing and feedback loops to refine the experience.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, product, engineering, and client teams to keep work aligned and buildable.
- Communicate clearly: articulate rationale, trade-offs, and decisions through structured storytelling and documentation.
- Deliver build-ready outputs with clear states, edge cases, and handover specs.
Qualifications
- Min. 3 years of professional experience in digital and in experience design
- Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end UX outputs: problem framing, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
- Solid understanding of design systems and scalable design language (components, patterns, tokens).
- Strong communication and storytelling skillscomfortable presenting to stakeholders and explaining trade-offs.
- Highly collaborativeable to partner closely with product, engineering, content, and clients in fast-moving environments.
- A proactive problem-solver who can work through ambiguity and drive work forward with minimal hand-holding.
- Portfolio required showing case studies, decision-making process, and shipped outcomes (where possible).
- Comfortable using data to inform decisions (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics, heatmaps, funnels, usability findings).
