Job Summary
Develop GMP-compliant maintenance systems, lead facility projects, maintain critical systems and drive continuous improvements.
Job Responsibilities
- Assure all facilities support equipment and critical utilities operate within parameters.
- Assure an ongoing benchmark of energy consumption associated with facilities processes, identify opportunities for improvement and create action plans for implementation.
- Assure up to date drawings of new and/or exiting facilities, machinery, equipment and processes.
- Make recommendation for machinery and equipment overhaul, renovations or replacement.
- Coordinate PM activities and documentation.
- Monitor operations of facility support system and critical utilities; make recommendations to improve efficiency and reliability and to avoid unplanned downtime.
- Provide guidance and direction in optimizing plant energy consumption. Provide benchmarking of consumption and makes recommendations for improvements to reduce consumption.
- Provide guidance and direction of facility maintenance and construction activities.
- Provide guidance and direction of projects involving alterations to facilities support system and critical utilities.
- Provide troubleshooting of facilities operational issues.
- Assist EHS activities when applicable and appropriate.
- Provide technical knowledge and problem solving.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering Electrical/ Electronics or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years related experience.
- Knowledge in cleanroom production (CSA and M&E) is an advantage.
- Chargeman certification and experience with Siemens Factory Monitoring Control System or similar Building Management Systems (BMS) are preferred.
