Principal Duties:- Responsible for Lead a team of WWTP/Boilerman/Maintenance in operating and maintaining the De-ionized Water Plant (RODI), Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP), Scrubber, Boiler, Chiller, Aircond system and Plating Machine.
Ensure that the operation and maintain all the system equipment (Plating Machine, WWTP, Scrubber, RODI, Boiler, Chiller, Aircond system) are in good condition and running as per specification.- Work closely with the production support team, ensure effective installation, removal and reconfiguration of facility resources for production equipment in order to meet manufacturing, local laws and customer requirements.
Responsible for review and development of specific documentation, procedures and site change control processes for equipment and process.
- Manage the preventive maintenance and calibration program for machine and facilities equipment.
Plan and carry out effective preventive maintenance for boilers and related machineries / equipment in order to minimize downtime.- To liaise with contractor or supplier on projects/modification/improvement activities.
Review and prepare the buy-off report and inventory.- Reporting to managers on budgets and resources and making recommendations for capital expenditures.
Review document of Legal (OER & eSWIS) and Plant record.
- Review Performance monitoring of the waste treatment plant.
Overall review on the preventive maintenance for equipment and waste water treatment.
- Overall review on the in-house treatment system and track on the cost saving.
Collaborate with Process and Engineering team on the new project and new business.
