Job Summar
yJoin TE Connectivity's Data & Devices Business Unit as a Field Application Engineer supporting IoT customers (direct and via channel partners). Act as the technical expert for product selection, design‑in assistance, and application support to maximize design‑wins. Serve as a key interface between the sales team, channel partners, and customers. Report to the APAC Sr. Sales Manager
.Key Responsibilitie
- sIdentify new product opportunities based on customer applications; conduct VOC sessions and collaborate with Product Management to define new product requirements
- .Translate new technologies into customer solutions and drive projects with internal teams to achieve wins
- .Master existing product portfolios and relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC, UL). Handle technical complaints and work with engineering/quality teams on resolutions
- .Spot industry trends and support product/technology roadmap development
- .Partner closely with Account Managers to convert opportunities into technical and commercial successes
- .Drive pipeline growth (identification and conversion) across assigned customers
.Qualifications & Skill
- sBachelor's degree in a technical field (Electrical/Electronics Engineering preferred)
- .3+ years of direct customer‑facing technical experience; proven project leadership and prioritization skills
- .Knowledge of RF/antennas, connectors, and manufacturing processes (stamping, molding, plating, automated assembly) is a plus
- .Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written/oral communication in English; good cross‑functional collaboration abilities
- .Analytical, structured, and creative in pursuing targets and new business opportunities
- .Self‑motivated, able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities
- .Comfortable working as part of a global team and with internal project teams across regions
- .Willing and able to travel within APAC as required. (1 time per week
