Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Demonstrate high proficiency in financial modelling, planning, forecasting, budgeting and analysis techniques.
- Ensure smooth issuance of E-Money/Wallet and collections are collected promptly from IDs and agents.
- Ensure all commission payments to distributors are processed on time, with sufficient cash flow maintained
- Actively involved in global month-end reporting and analysis
- Work closely with the local teams for new markets financial evaluations
- Produce month-end reporting analysis for various countries and regions
- Review and analyse current/new market profitability to management. Identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities, competitors analysis
- Support Financial Control reporting and review of any other projects required
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness in business processes through reengineering, value stream mapping and automation
- To perform any tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or related discipline is required.
- Preferably at least 2 to 3 years working experience in financial planning and analysis with a large multi-national organization.
- Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, BI, SAP, and Flex system.
- Willing to learn and capable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders across departments and multiple countries.
- Knowledge of accounting, financial management, financial analysis as well as familiarity with financial operations system.
- Experience in the direct selling/e-commerce industry is an added advantage
