Position Summary
Senior Finance Analyst (Product Supply FP&A) is responsible for the following predefined areas within SEA, involving:
- Cost Update, Cost Rolled Up
- Spare Parts Management
- Inventory adjustment
- Ad hoc Financial Studies with Product Supply Department
You will play an important role to:
- Assist in costing job functions, including cost roll-ups, cost updates, AP simulation, etc.
- Handle inventory approval and upload inventory adjustments in the system.
- Assist in all matters related to spare parts management, including reconciliation and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.
- Assist in year-end stock count activities.
- Assist in product supply expenses analysis to identify cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Provide support to product supply stakeholders.
- Assist in internal and external audit requests.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned by a superior.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or any relevant discipline
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in managing cost accounting/product supply controlling functions
- Product costing, inventory management, stock reconciliation, variance analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of SAP/Oracle system is preferred
