Join us as a Senior Finance Associate under our 1-Year Finance Associate Program, designed for finance professionals who are keen to make an impact while further developing their expertise across financial operations, compliance, and business transformation.

 

In this role, you will support day-to-day finance and accounting activities while contributing to key initiatives such as finance transformation, process improvement, system enhancements, and company integration projects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, compliance with Malaysian financial regulations, and continuous improvement across finance processes.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate records, timely reporting, and alignment with company policies and Malaysian accounting standards.
  • Support compliance with Malaysian statutory and tax requirements, including SST, corporate tax, withholding tax, and e-Invoicing obligations.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, investigate outstanding items, and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Prepare financial reports, schedules, audit support documents, and regulatory submission materials.
  • Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation, process automation, digitalisation, and system enhancement projects.
  • Support company integration activities such as finance process harmonisation, data migration, chart of accounts alignment, and post-merger finance activities.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations, tax compliance, and e-Invoicing requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in finance operations, general ledger accounting, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Navision, or similar accounting platforms.
  • Ability to support finance transformation, process improvement, automation, or business integration initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
