Description
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Maintain the company's full set of accounts in a timely and organized manner.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory reporting and tax compliance.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documents and reports.
- Support statutory audits by preparing audit schedules and liaising with auditors to ensure smooth completion within deadlines.
- Assist in implementing and improving accounting systems and processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Profile
A Successful Senior Finance Executive Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in the property development or construction industry will be a bonus.
