Our client is a leading manufacturer of automated test systems for the semiconductor industry, specializing in advanced design and development to address challenges such as small form factor packages, high-power applications, and stringent temperature testing requirements.
The Senior Finance Executive will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day finance operations and accounting matters.
- Maintain full sets of accounts.
- Perform account receivables/payables.
- Ensure monthly closing by stipulated deadlines.
- Managing the company's cash flow, including monitoring cash balances, managing banking relationships.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal control procedures.
- Implementation and compliance of e-invoicing requirements.
- Dealing with auditors, tax agent and company secretary.
- Support the Head of Finance in the development and implementation of financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee and manage purchasing, customer services, logistics and warehouse office, administrative and general matters facilities, repair and maintenances include dealing with JKKP.
- Responsible in payrolls, HRDF, and other human resources matter.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Diploma/Degree or advanced qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 -4 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience as Financial Executive, or in a similar finance role.
- Strong knowledge in financial reporting, audit, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in payroll, recruitment, and other human resources/admin matters.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as ERP, SAP, & SQL.
- Knowledge and experiences in Manufacturing Process Flows (LMW (GPB Am, Lampiran, monthly report and yearly renewal), Warehouse and Logistics (Import & Export), Materials handling & Inventory Control, Planning and purchasing, Sourcing and Costing).
- Familiar in System Handling of all above process.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Good interpersonal skills and a proactive working attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Result driven and able to work independently.
