Senior Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Managefull set of accountsincluding general ledger, AP/AR, journal entries, and monthly closings.
• Prepare timely and accuratefinancial reports monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Assist inbudgeting, forecasting, and monitoringof actual performance vs budget.
• Oversee project accounting including progress billing, cost tracking, and loan drawdowns.
• Ensure compliance withstatutory requirements(SST, corporate tax, RPGT) andliaise with auditors/tax agents.
• Handlebilling and collection.
• Maintain proper documentation and uphold internal controls and accounting standards.
• Support process improvements and contribute to system enhancement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 46 years of relevant experience, preferably in property development or construction
• Proficient infull set of accounts
• Solid knowledge ofMPERS or MFRSandMalaysian tax regulations
• Skilled inMicrosoft Excelandaccounting software(e.g., IFCA, SQL, SAP)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
