About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Executive / Executive Finance to support our Finance leadership and Business Unit Controller. This role is key in financial reporting, consolidation, compliance, and supporting group-level finance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing and prepare consolidated financial statements
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports
- Review and enhance reporting methodologies and templates for continuous improvement
- Review subsidiaries monthly management reports to ensure compliance with MFRS/IAS standards
- Communicate and follow up on reporting deficiencies with subsidiary finance teams
- Support the preparation of board papers and proposals from subsidiaries
- Ensure adherence to financial reporting standards, internal controls, and SOPs
- Review proposals in accordance with approved Limits of Authority
- Assist in the preparation of annual Transfer Pricing Documentation
- Support tax-related matters including tax computations, estimates, revisions, and audits
- Review inter-company and third-party reconciliations
- Provide support for external and internal audit processes
- Assist Group Finance with year-end audits, group reporting, and ad-hoc finance matters
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum 35 years of relevant working experience
- Exposure to PLC environment and/or full set of accounts is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in accounting software and spreadsheets
- Experience with SAP ERP is an added advantage
