Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded;
  • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices;
  • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations;
  • Update inter-company transactions and balancing out of inter-company;
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, MIS reports;
  • Assist in performing accounting of Revenue & Expenses, update payroll records etc. as assigned;
  • Perform treasury/banking operations payment/receipts of invoices.
  • Assist in monthly and annual closing of books of accounts;
  • Liaise with Tax consultant for monthly payroll and tax compliance.
  • Assist in annual Audits.

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent organizing abilities and attention to detail;
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and practices;
  • Proficient user of MS Office and familiarity with accounting / ERP software.
  • 4-6 years of experience in handling the above responsibilities;
