Handle full set of account and perform day to day operational works.
Maintain updated accounting records.
Monitor and ensure Trade Receivable and Payable reconciliation are updated.
Preparing monthly analysis of project costing, project material quantities supplies and consumption, project's attributable profit, estimate GP margin, percentage of completion and etc.
Preparation of monthly financial and management reports.
Prepare audit schedules and account reconciliations, to assist in audit matters (eg: preparing and providing documents to auditors) to ensure smooth and successful audit process.
Ensure tax compliance and coordinate year end audit.
Preparing yearly income tax estimation and revising tax budget.
Ensure tax compliance and coordinated year end audit.
Preparing yearly incomed tax estimation and revising tax budget.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, suppliers and etc.
Manage and monitor current accounts, daily cash positions. Ensure that company's commitments are met and to highlight if there is a foreseeable shortage of funds or cash flow deficit.
Liaise with the bankers on relevant documentation (eg: prepare loan draw down letters to send to the bank) and to follow up accordingly.
Preparing ad-hoc reports as and when needed.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: RM4,500 – RM6,000
Bonus: Approximately 1 month (based on KPI performance)
Transport Allowance: RM300–RM500 (if driving to work)
Mobile Allowance: RM100
Working Hours: 9:15 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday, weekends off)
Annual Leave: Starting from 14 days, up to a maximum of 21 days
