Senior Finance Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager based in Shah Alam. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting, managing budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Senior Finance Manager will lead a team, provide strategic financial guidance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial performance and implement effective cost management strategies. This role requires driving financial forecasting, managing risks, and presenting findings to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.

• Strong financial management skills, including expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
• Proficiency in risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Leadership skills with experience managing teams and communicating cross-functionally
• Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools for reporting and forecasting
• Understanding of cost control strategies and financial planning
• Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are advantageous
• Experience in the agriculture or food industry is considered a strong asset
