A manufacturing company which produces high-precision components and equipment used in industries such as semiconductors and aerospace, supplying multinational customers worldwide. They are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to be based in their finance team in Penang.

Your new role

Your roles & responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

• Group Financial Reporting & Consolidation
• Corporate Exercise & Strategic Support
• Treasury Management
• Tax Compliance & Tax Planning
• Holding Company Finance Management

What you'll need to succeed

• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in group reporting and consolidation, with more than 10 years in finance
• Deep understanding of MFRS/IFRS frameworks and Bursa Malaysia regulatory compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, at least 3 years leading teams and driving financial reporting excellence.
