What you'll do:

As Senior Finance Manager based in Selangor, you will play an integral role in steering the organisation's financial direction through hands-on management of daily operations as well as high-level strategic planning.   • Take full responsibility for month-end and year-end closing processes by ensuring accuracy, compliance with standards, and timely delivery of financial results to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing financial processes, strengthening internal controls, and increasing operational efficiency throughout the department.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process as well as financial forecasting and long-term planning activities in close collaboration with other business units.
  • Analyse financial performance data thoroughly and provide actionable recommendations to management that support strategic business decisions.
  • Partner closely with operations teams, commercial divisions, and senior leadership to identify opportunities for profitability enhancement and sustainable business growth.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), corporate policies, and all relevant local regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee both internal and external audit activities while managing relationships with auditors, tax agents, banks, and other external partners.
  • Strengthen governance frameworks by implementing robust risk management strategies and maintaining effective financial controls across all areas of responsibility.
