Unleash your Potential

We are seeking a detail oriented Analyst to manage day to day intercompany (IC) transactions related to markup (MU) and support transfer pricing (TP) compliance for our global operations. This role bridges controllership, tax, and shared services to ensure that cross-border transactions are recorded accurately, priced at arm's length, reconciled on time, and supported by robust documentation in line with US GAAP and TP requirements.

Success in this role requires strong accounting fundamentals, practical knowledge of TP concepts, excellent data skills, and the ability to collaborate across time zones and functions.

Impact You Will Make:

  • Analyze and reconcile intercompany mark-up associated with Oracle Supply Chain Financial Orchestration (SFO) flow transactions from multiple ERP reports between 10+ intercompany partners.
  • Reconcile mismatched data, timing differences, and FX impacts.
  • Coordinate with local finance and corporate consolidation team on reconciliation status.
  • Identify and document root cause of variances.
  • Identify and implement Oracle ERP report changes to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of the intercompany mark-up reconciliation process, with support from company IT partners.
  • Document and implement resolutions to correct systemic data errors with support from company IT partners.
  • Document and implement operating procedures for corrective actions for human errors.
  • Build and maintain standardized dashboards (e.g., MU reconciliation, exception/variance logs, process improvement action log).
  • Determine and document effective internal controls to ensure accurate Supply Chain Financial Orchestration (SFO) flows in Oracle.

Transfer Pricing Compliance, Governance and Tax Department Liaison (role development)

  • Continuation of Intercompany mark-up reconciliation.
  • Identify continuous automation opportunities and contribute to Oracle process enhancements.
  • IC Billing & Pricing
  • Support maintenance of IC pricing including but not limited to system mark-up rates, allocation keys, segmented P&Ls, benchmarks, TP policies and IC agreements.
  • TP Policy Execution
  • Apply the arm's length principle to routine transactions (e.g., limited‑risk distribution, contract manufacturing, HQ/management services, and other support services).
  • Support annual benchmarking refreshes and margin testing against policy ranges.
  • Maintain IC agreements and ensure executed copies are on file and consistent with actual conduct.
  • True‑Ups & Year‑End Adjustments
  • Coordinate calculation and booking of true-ups and other year-end adjustments.
  • Complete analysis supporting TP rates through review of segmented P&Ls, profit analysis and other tools.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in financial accounting or a similar role
  • Experience in handling complex reconciliations, with preference for candidates with inventory and cost accounting experience
  • Understanding of tax rules, US GAAP, and consolidations a plus
  • Experience with Oracle reports and inventory/cost accounting preferred
  • Proficient in journal entries (JEs) and double-entry accounting principles
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
