You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
- Managing month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate recognition of sales, cost of goods sold, and operating expenses
- Reconciling and analyzing financial data, including balance sheets, bank accounts, inventory, and intercompany transactions
- Preparing financial reports and quarterly reporting packages, ensuring compliance with GAAP and local statutory requirements
- Monitoring and reviewing financial trends, accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset transactions to ensure data integrity
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to support business decisions and financial processes
- Driving process improvements by enhancing reporting, optimizing workflows in SAP, and contributing to automation initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Having 5–6 years of experience in accounting or finance within a system-based environment
- Applying strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP)
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrating experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), with a strong interest in digital tools, automation, and continuous process improvement
- Applying strong analytical thinking to connect financial data with business processes and support decision-making
- Communicating effectively and collaborating with stakeholders across functions and regions
- Adapting in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities, and showing a proactive, solution-oriented and team-focused mindset
