About The Role
The Senior Financial Analyst - OTC Contract Management is a key member of the KL BSO OTC Contract Management team, responsible for driving continuous improvement, supporting customer metrics, and ensuring high-quality contract service delivery for the EMEA region. This role manages all financial aspects of contract management, ensures SLA & business KPIs are met, and supports both pre- and post-contract activities.
What You'll Do
- Input for project/contract (deals) setup in ERP systems.
- Manage and monitor query resolution related to contract management.
- Validate As-Incurred contract setup.
- Assist the CORE team with setup questions and troubleshooting (e.g., As-Incur, client requests, PeopleSoft capabilities).
- Collaborate with CORE team to add employees and bill rates to rate sets; run contract queries and review updates with Finance before pricing.
- Check accuracy and completeness of change request forms, including pricing information.
- Ensure compliance with processes.
- Build strong relationships and support adherence to processes and policies with cross-functional teams and other business units.
- Advise stakeholders on contract process questions.
- Support development of best practice processes, templates, and guidance documents; advise stakeholders on these resources.
- Drive continuous improvement in contracts management.
What You'll Need
- University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related area
- Proficient in English (mandatory for communication with stakeholders).
- Experience in contract management.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a finance or shared service center (SSC) environment.
- ERP system knowledge (preferable).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- High accuracy, numerical ability, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Team player, able to promote teamwork.
