Key Responsibilities Of This Role

  • Manage the assigning of replacement vehicles to the Subscriber if the repair time exceeds the turnaround time
  • Plan, coordinate and book the vehicles for Puspakom inspection (including pre-Puspakom preparation)
  • Compile and analyse the contributing factor of Puspakom Inspection failure rate
  • Monitor the Road Tax expiry dates, initiate the renewal process and ensure the Road Tax is delivered to the Subscriber before its expiry
  • Regularly check on summons issued to vehicles within the fleet and forward them to the Subscribers for payment within a stipulated timeline
  • Initiate the payment and chargeback process for any summons not paid by the Subscribers within the stipulated timeline
  • Monitor the Average Call Wait Time and Case Handling Time of the Emergency Hotline Team

Specific Qualification Required

  • Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Business Administration / Finance or equivalent
  • 1-2 years prior industry-related experience in Admin
  • Strong communication, planning and interpersonal skills
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Organized
  • Any prior experience in the automotive / mobility industry (i.e. dealing with JPJ and Puspakom) will be an added advantage
