Job Description
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights to improve business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial data.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities for the business.
- Assist in strategic planning and business case development for projects and investments.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior FP&A Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience working in the industrial or manufacturing sector is an advantage.
- Familiarity with financial systems and tools.
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in financial reporting.
