We are looking for a highly driven
Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Group Finance team. This role will support executive-level reporting, planning cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Reporting
- Prepare accurate and insightful monthly Group management reports for senior leadership team.
- Support the end-to-end planning cycle, including Budget, Forecast, and annual financial calendar preparation (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Capex, and key KPIs).
- Develop executive-level presentations to communicate financial performance and business insights.
- Handle ad-hoc analysis and business queries from management.
Continuous Improvement & Transformation
- Lead the standardization and streamlining of core FP&A reports and tools (e.g., OneStream Cube View, Budget & Forecast submissions, Management P&L).
- Build and enhance advanced reporting models and KPI frameworks for improved decision-making.
- Drive process improvements by implementing standardised, automated, and integrated forecasting and budgeting methodologies.
- Support reporting automation efforts and act as a Transformation Champion within Group Finance.
Technical Skills
Essential Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, including the ability to develop automated tools, templates, and analytical models. ERP exposure is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of project management, continuous improvement methodologies, and systems enhancement.
- Working knowledge of IFRS and accounting standards.
Business & Analytical Skills
- Ability to analyze revenue, EBIT performance, working capital trends, and capital deployment effectiveness.
- Experience developing data-driven assumptions and insights within a structured FP&A environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and communicate clearly with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality management reports, dashboards, presentations, and KPI analysis.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Professional qualification (CA/CPA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant FP&A experience in shared services or multinational environment.
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders across different countries/regions is a strong value-add.
